Love the hot baths, which is a key reason I go there. Walk isn't far from Saijo Station. Good breakfast buffet at an excellent price, but during my last visit none of the hot food was actually hot. The food was warm or room temperature at best, which is unfortunate, especially since I arrived as soon as breakfast was served at 6:00. Having to wear gloves while getting food or drinks is inconvenient and unnecessary. Please do away with it ASAP.

This hotel is fantastic! The price is great, the staff is accommodating, the food is wonderful, and the service is spot-on. However, the best part is the spacious rooms. While standard or even a little smaller than average US rooms, in Japan this place is a palace. Highly recommended.

First time staying here, but so far so good. Rooms are clean and for Japan a decent size. One cool thing is the free Ramen served on the first floor next to the lobby from 18:30 - 23:00 every day. As others have said, the staff are super friendly.
